![]()
Girls Aloud returns for two nights at the BIC in 2008.The tour coincides with the release of 'Tangled Up' - the new album sees the girls return with a pack of hits. The album has already been critically acclaimed by the press who have said Girls Aloud have set the benchmark for what a girl group should be. 'Tangled Up' includes the hit singles 'Sexy! No No No…' and 'Call The Shots'
The album is Girls Aloud's fifth, representing amazing longevity in the fickle world of pop music. Their previous albums were 2003's debut 'Sound Of The Underground', 2004's 'What Will The Neighbours Say', 2005's 'Chemistry’ and last year's best of, 'The Sound Of Girls Aloud'.
During the course of these albums, Girls Aloud have had a fantastic level of success with their singles. 'Sexy! No No No...' was their sixteenth top ten single, a run that has seen them land a place in the Guinness World Records book for the most top ten hits in a row in the UK by a female group.

Ellen Kent & Opera International present the Ukrainian National Opera of Odessa
![]()
A spectacular traditional production from one of the loveliest opera houses in Europe with handpicked soloists, highly-praised chorus and full orchestra.
The Odessa Opera House, which is among the Ukraine's greatest architectural monuments, is one of the most beautiful theatres in the world.
The love story that gripped Paris. A tragic tale of searing passion and memorable music, La Traviata is Verdi's outstanding interpretation of one of the most popular love stories of the 19th century, La dame aux Camelias.
Based on a true story, it tells of the passionate consumptive Violetta. There are many echoes of Verdi's own life in Traviata and he threw himself into the music. The highlights include the Brindisi, the best known drinking song in opera, the duet Un Di Felice and Violetta's haunting aria Addio Del Passato.
La Traviata played to a sell-out house at the Royal Albert Hall in 2002 to great critical acclaim. This magnificent production boasts sumptuous sets and costumes.
Sung in Italian with English surtitles.
