Awesome in almost every way, apart from the fact that the entrance smells of feet for some reason. Brilliant soundsystem and one of the best looking clubs you'll ever find. Shame it's closed, but I've heard that it's already been bought and is going to reopen.

Crank was amazing the last time I went! Just Jack was having a Groove Armada closing party and It was spectacular! You can't say no to Jaegermeister and Redbull at £1.80. The staff were lovely and dealt with a very busy night. The music just like my other visits was wicked. Danced till my feet couldn't take it and thendanced some more! Upstairs was dead as a doornail but other than that BRILLIANT!

Crank used to be my favourite venue by far in bournemouth but what has happend?? Last week arter paying £15 entrance I was met by the strong aroma of "cheesey sick!!" It was everywhere. people were all saying how gross it was. Then after a banging set by Daniel Bailey Eric Prydz spent an hour or so sending everyone to sleep.Just when you thought he was getting to a build in the set ... No . Bored beyond belief. Then one of the bar staff tried to sell me half a thimble of sambucca for £4! It wasnt until everyone around the bar started laughing that he topped it up. Anyway.If my friends and I are ever to step foot inside crank again please issue all with a gas masks, Another suggestion Maybe you could split the £2 cloakroom charge in half and pay for a toilet attendent aswell. The toilets also were "rank".

A very impressive club with a few bad points. The entry price at the weekend is f*cking ridiculous and the drinks are a bit pricey as well, and it can also get very crowded at times. On the other hand the place looks great inside and out, and they play a good selection of tunes. The two floors work well too because you have a big dancefloor and a club feel downstairs and a laidback bar feel upstairs. Monday nights are the best because its £3 entry and 1.50 drinks, watch out for the bouncers though because they are unbelievably bad.

Not being a big fan of Future 3000, I can't really say anything wrong. The prog is good, the staff is nice, the sound is excellent and the basement reopened as Berlinz's years..(sorry don t remember how it was written)
