My friends and I came to Lava Ignite for one of their hen do's. It was such a great nightout that we didn't want it to end. There really was something for everyone with great R&B downstairs and some cheesier music upstairs for older ladies in the group.

Best place we visited in Bournemouth by far! Will be going again! :)

Lava Ignite is a great place to go, especially if your celebrating! Theres 4 rooms of music so there's loads of choice and was music to suit all of our party. I liked the RnB room but the stag seemed to spend his night in the Disco room chasing hen parties around! Friendly staff and fair pricing, nice atmosphere and was really busy! Great night!

Lava ignight was one of the best ones i have been to, really fun and i enjoyed it.The music is the newest music out and i think everyone enjoyed it

im not very local and this was my first visit, i came here wiv my mates on a hen wkend and we all had lots of fun here. we all had a good dance to the different variety of music played and we also thought the foam machine was fun, but it did get a bit mad wiv alot of people bein coverd frm head to foot.

This was a terrible club, the description of four different rooms was correct but all of them were playing cheesy music. The staff behind the bar struggled with even the simplest of double shots and as for the non english speaking aggressive door staff, well...

I would not step back into this overrated club ever again in my life.

Im going out for my 22nd on August 1st this year and wondering if I should go to Lava. It was my favorite club intil it cost £6 to get in and the drinks where way to over priced. Im going with loads of people so don't want anyone feeling out off by the prices. A very good club but im only going if the prices are fair!

It is probably one of my most favourite clubs in Bournemouth. There's a lot of variety. The main room (ignite) plays a good blend of typical club like dance, often house music. It is only really cheesy in the disco room where there are lots of old classics. There is a drum and bass room which is sometimes VIP that gives me a bit of a headache, and then there's downstairs (lava) which plays hip-hop and r n b. The fact the club is so big and has the variety of rooms means you don't get bored. It's well air conditioned so you don't get too hot and the main room is amazing but only when it is packed out. Unfortunately they don't always open the main room and if it's only half full then it's not great...sometimes you feel that it's too big as it can struggle to be full as there's so much competition nearby.

The one thing I don't like about Lava Ignite Is the choice of drinks. They have no beer on tap. I think they only have bottled Becks and then bottled Magners usually at about £2.50. They don't make up for this by putting much effort into their mixers which are over priced, which forces you into buying sicky sweet VK bottles that are also usually £2.50.

It's good but not great. It's the biggest club in Bournemouth, but Bliss, Toko, 2020, Crank, Opera House etc. are all much better.

Entry isn't cheap but isn't expensive, one doorman was very friendly but the bar staff were rude (I asked for a Beck's and the bar maid just gave me evils and kept chewing gum), toilets are clean but the music is RnB sorta stuff instead of proper clubbing tunes. It's good but not great.

The best thing about it is the doorman who looks EXACTLY like a roided-up Mini-Me. Seriously, take a picture of this guy.
