TOKO

Toko is well known amongst Bournemouths residents and tourists. Located in a night life hotspot next to several other big night clubs (such as Bliss and Elements), it attracks many visitors each night of the week.

The interior of Toko is superbly decorated with marble and hugh fish tanks, which give the venue an exclusive look. There are two floors, each with their own bar and playing different styles of music. The top floor is mainly used as a bar area with comfy seatings, whereas the downstairs floor is a dance area.

Although drinks aren't usually very cheap, it is always busy around the bar. Look out for Thursday night. 'Retox' is a student night and all selected drinks are just £1.50 and the entry is free with a student card (NUS). Monday night is 'School Disco'; also with £1.50 drinks.

There is a taxi stand down the road if you would like to be driven home and also a latenight kebabs shop to still your hunger. Make sure you don't show up in a sports outfit, but that goes most nightclubs in Bournemouth.

Toko is a club you can't miss when you go out on a pub crawl.
